What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name and email address, and any optional details you choose to share, such as your company, target websites, project description, schedule, volume, format, integration and budget preferences, and whether you'd like an NDA in place.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details in order to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, prepare a proof of concept or quote, and keep a record of our correspondence. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.

Who we share it with

We don't share your information with other clients or third parties for their own purposes. We rely on a small number of service providers to run this website and our email, who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox) and our email provider.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@neoscrape.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor them.
